Prior to his appointment as the CEO, Duffuor Jnr served uniBank- was ranked as Ghana’s sixth largest bank by assets in 2015, and one of several big companies in HODA Holdings’ stable of 15, founded by his father- as Chief Operating Officer for over three years.

The second generation leader commanded uniBank assets worth over GHS1.3 billion. It falls on Duffour Jnr, formers Credit Analyst with Standard Bank, Ghana Limited, to steer the company through challenging times in Ghana’s banking industry owing to retching up of bank’s minimum capital assets by the Bank of Ghana (BoG), the industry regulator, to encourage consolidation, as well as new technological threats that’s shrinking the traditional banking space.

He is prepared for this with a string of academic qualification (Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, United Kingdom) plus a rich work life experience to draw from (Ghana International Bank Plc London-Treasury Department and Star Assurance Company Limited as Underwriter Trainee) while currently serving on several board including Prime Insurance Company Limited, Alban Logistics, Apex Capital Group and Unisecurities
