Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Nokia West and Central Africa, Mr Olumide Balogun, said at its unveiling that the Lumia 1520 and Lumia 1320 would transform the smart phone market and boost Nokia’s competitive edge in the “phablet” category because both devices had an upgrade of the Windows 8 operating system called “Lumia black”.
The device, which comes in colours of black, yellow, white and red are pre-installed with business applications and a unique photography application called the ‘storyteller app’ which allows people to tell stories of places they have visited using pictures.
Nokia has consequently kick-started the storyteller competition, which would allow people to share inspirational stories on friendship and the winner will have the opportunity to win an all-expense paid trip to London.
