Lucy Quist was the Managing Director of Airtel Ghana from 2014-2017
Lucy began her working life at the Ford Motor Company in 1994. For a decade, she worked in manufacturing, design engineering, project management and programme management, working her way up to qualify as a Chartered Electrical Engineer.
Seeking fresh challenges, she acquired an MBA from INSEAD in France and joined the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Lucy joined Millicom (Tigo) as the regional head of Business Development for Africa. Later rising to position of Chief Marketing Officer in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
She moved to Vodafone Ghana as head of Strategy and Wholesale. Putting together various strategic plans to expand the wholesale and the business as a whole led to her promotion to Head of the Vodafone business solutions.
Her dedication and rich experience in the telecom industry saw her took up the position of Managing Director for Airtel Ghana.
