BACKGROUND: James is a former Deputy Interior Minister. He had his pupilage at Hesse and Hesse Law Firm.
Further experience came with a turn under the renowned practitioner, John Ndeburi. He worked with Law Temple(2008-2013), mainly on criminal law, litigation and land cases. He is currently a ranking member of Defence and Interior committee.
