Finance Minister, Seth Terkper has said Ghana’s economy has began showing signs of recovery from its current challenges and expressed optimism that the nation will rise again.
“As a nation we have risen above many challenges before, and we shall rise again. Indeed, the signs of recovery are already beginning to show,” he said.
Yesterday, the minister presented to parliament the mid-year review of the 2014 budget.
