Private Banking:

This service category is a uniquely personalized and differentiated service experience for high net worth individuals and corporate entities that desire royal service or may not have the time or expertise to manage their wealth optimally. Among other things, our private banking customers enjoy personal wealth management, telephone banking, offshore banking, concierge services, trust & fiduciary services, financial advisory services and AMEX card services.

Retail Banking:

Our Retail Banking Service is designed for individual consumers, SMEs and medium to large commercial entities.

We bring our best expertise from nearly two decades of corporate and merchant banking to bear in this service category. Our retail customers enjoy a full range of products and services such as hybrid current and savings accounts, personal and asset finance loans, overdrafts, remittance services.

Corporate Banking:

Our Corporate Banking team offers financial services to a variety of institutions including government agencies, high-street businesses, development organizations & diplomatic missions. We provide business loans and loan syndication, working capital, trade finance, business expansion as well as business protection via risk management solutions.


Our services are  also available via a secure world-class e-banking platform. A comprehensive suite e-banking services from proprietary cards and third party cards (Mastercard, Visa and Ezwich) is available to all customers. Using FirstWeb ( our secure banking services), our customers can check balances, print statements and make payments/transfers to any account holder in any Bank in Ghana.

Customers can also sign up for FirstAlert, a transaction notification service which provides instant notifications on all transactions occurring on their accounts via sms and e-mail.
