KHI Ghana, in partnership with MAN Enterprise, has commenced site mobilisation and construction activities on Ghana’s first five-star multipurpose residential facility known as the Ambassador Heights.
The luxury development is an extension of the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel and it will comprise three and four-bedroom city homes for private ownership. Each residence will enjoy its own garden and have access to the amenities and services of the surrounding hotel.
The General Manager of MAN Enterprise, Mr Clovis Abi Nader, said “we are extremely excited to be developing this one of a kind project in Ghana and the region.”
He said the Ambassador Heights would command an extremely high quality of international luxury standards.
Although work is expected to be completed by December 2015, the developers announced that only a limited amount of inventory in the second phase of the project is currently was available for purchase.
