Marcia expects to make the fledgling oil company she co-founded, Brace Energy Group which has offices in Maputo and Accra, a dominant player in Ghana’s nascent oil and gas industry.

She has petroleum law background and varied work experience in legal, consulting, project management and business development spanning four continents (Africa, Europe, North America and the Middle East).

The former Country Manager for Baker Hughes in Cote d’Ivoire, in 2010 – then at age 28 – co-founded the Ghana Oil Club (GOC), a professional organization that provides a forum for petroleum and energy professionals as an avenue for active dialogue about Ghana’s energy sector.
