The research wing of multi-national company, Groupe Nduom has released a report that states government has ended the first quarter of the year spending 16.08 billion cedis from the domestic market; which is about 3.37billion cedis more than it targeted.
According to the report, government’s inability to manage its borrowing culture clearly depicts a struggling government’s appetite for funds.
