Postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Communications for Developing Communications Countries and Intercultural Communication, Extension Education as well as Organizational Communication from Cornell University- USA.
BACKGROUND: Esther had her internship with United States Information service after her diploma studies in communications. As a Public Relations Officer at GIHOC, she got the opportunity to use her communications skills. She moved on to GNPC, where she got the opportunity to set a public relations department from scratch. Married to Tsatsu Tsikata with three children
